Attention of the students who intend to sit for Make-Up Mid-term Exam. of Summer-2017 Semester, is drawn to the following requirement of Examination Office of ASA University Bangladesh:
Students must submit supporting documents (Medical Certificate for Serious Sickness/ Accident or Guardians Statements for death of family member or the relevant documents for any other emergency case whichever is admissible) duly endorsed by the Dean of the Concerned Faculty.
They are, therefore, advised to obtain Medical Certificate for illness, if any during exam. date (s) or Guardians statement for death of family member or other emergency case if occurred. Otherwise, their registration form for Mid-term Make-Up Exam will not be endorsed by the undersigned.
They are further advised to submit their application on or before July 15, 2017. After that date no application will be entertained.
Make-up Mid-term exam will be held on July 18, 2017 at 12:00 pm. in room no 406.
