LL.B (H) program


Tuition fee waiver policy has been proposed for achieving following objectives:

The policy outlines program options, eligibility requirements, guidelines, fee information, and student obligations for the tuition fee waiver:

A. Tuition fee waiver based on SSC and HSC Results

1. To encourage the meritorious students to enroll in LL.B (H) program at Department of Law, ASAUB who will represent the University in the job market.

2. To motivate the students in their studies to maintain a minimum result in LL.B program at Department of Law after enrolment.

3. To increase the number of meritorious students enrolment in LL.B(H) program.

Tuition fee waiver for LL.B (H) students based on SSC and HSC Results

Note:

It is pertinent to note that a student will be eligible for only one category tuition fee waiver benefit. ASAUB reserves the right to incorporate, change, modify and abolish any content laid down in the foregoing policy.

i If the student failed to achieve his required CGPA for getting Tuition Fee Waiver in a semester after enrollment in LL.B (H) program, he/she will be eligible for the CGPA based waiver which he/she qualifies.

ii If the student failed to achieve his required CGPA for getting Tuition Fee Waiver in a semester after enrollment in LL.B (H) program, he/she will be eligible for the CGPA based waiver which he/she qualifies.
