A participatory workshop was held recently at ASA University Bangladesh to provide good quality education service to the students. The administrative officials of ASA University were present in the workshop. The Additional Director of ASA University Bangladesh Mr. Shajahan Bhuiya deliver the keynote speech and gave a brief discussion on `Total Quality Management'. In that interactive workshop, the participants identified problems and proposed solutions for improved services aimed at optimum satisfaction of ASAUB students. The workshop was also attended among others by Prof. Dr. Abu Daud Hasan, Dean of the Faculty of Arts & Social Science and Chairman, Dept. of English, Professor Bilkis Begum, Dean, Faculty of Science and Engineering and Chairman, Department of Pharmacy, Mr.Md. Shahjahan, the Registrar of ASAUB, Mr. Md. Khalequzzaman, Addl. Registrar, Mr. A.K. Monsur Ahmed, Librarian, Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam Bhuiyan, Director (In Charge), Finance & Account, Mr. Ashraful Haq Chowdhury, Deputy Registrar of ASA University.
