- Candidates from a science background must have a total GPA of 8.00 (on a 10-point scale) in SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent examinations. However, no GPA below 3.50 (on a 5-point scale) in any examination will be accepted. Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 in chemistry and biology and a minimum GPA of 3.00 in physics and mathematics in the HSC/equivalent examination.
- For A-level candidates, a minimum grade of B in chemistry and biology and a minimum grade of C in physics and mathematics are required.
- Candidates who scored below 3.00, failed Mathematics, or did not have Mathematics in the HSC/A-Level or equivalent examination may qualify for admission. However, they will be required to complete an additional 3-credit Mathematics course relevant to the B.Pharm curriculum.
- Candidates must complete the admission process in the B. Pharm course within 03 (three) years from the year of publication of their HSC/equivalent examination results.

Foreign candidates seeking admission to the B.Pharm program must have completed 12 years of education and obtain an equivalency certificate from the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council by paying the prescribed fee.
