Prof. Dr. Kohinur Begum and Sultana Juhara Mannan (Senior Lecturer) from Department of Pharmacy, ASA University Bangladesh have been participated and presented a poster titled on Comparative Study of Antibiotic Resistance, Plasmids and Integron Profile of Salmonella Species Isolated from Environment of Poultry Farm and Patients in 3rd Asian Food Safety and Security Association (AFSA) Conference held on 15th -17th September, 2016 at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Researchers from 13 different countries joined in this conference, where higher levels of research works were presented and important issues on food safety & security were discussed. The conference also highlights some FAO activities and initiatives towards strengthening and identifies some future priorities for food safety & security in this region.
