Department of Pharmacy, ASA University Bangladesh (ASAUB) arranged a Fresher Reception Program for its newly admitted students of Fall Semester-2017 on 17 December 2017 at ASA Conference Room, 9th floor. Prof. Prof. Dr. Dalem Ch. Barman, Honorable Vice Chancellor of ASAUB was present as the Chief Guest. Mr. Iftekharul Islam, Freelance Management Consultant and Sheikh Md. Razab Ali, Treasurer, ASA University Bangladesh, were present as the Special Guest in the Program. Prof. Dr. Abu Daud Hasan, Dean, Faulty of Arts and Social Science and Chairman, Dept. of English, Dr. Ahasun Habib, Chairman (In-Charge) Dept. of Applied Sociology, delivered their valuable speeches. All the Faculty members, officials and students, Dept. of Pharmacy participated in the program. Prof. Dr. Kohinur Begum, Dean, Faculty of Science & Engineering & Chairman, Dept. of Pharmacy chaired the ceremony. The speakers highly appreciated the students for selecting ASAUB as their venue of higher education. They appraised the facilities available at the University. They highlighted job opportunities of the program at home and abroad. Newly admitted students highly appreciated the quality of education as they are receiving at ASAUB. The program was followed by colorful cultural functions where the students from all batches performed.
