This is for the information of all concerned that office time during the month of the Holy Ramadan will be from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

The Office hour of the faculty members of the month of the Holy Ramadan, will be 25 hours a week, keeping all academic/examination/official responsibilities unchanged. The Office hours will remain as usual, i.e. 30 hours a week after the month of the Holy Ramadan.

The Office hour of the Administrative Officials during the month of the Holy Ramadan will be 06(six) hours per day as roasting. The Administrative Officials of Examinations Office, Accounts Office and Admission Section will officiate as per roster duty prepared by their respective Heads with information in the Office of the Registrar.

*There will be a 15- minute break for Zohar prayer.

Office time will remain as usual from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM after the month of the Holy Ramadan.
